When Michel Schneider was established almost 150 years ago, we committed ourselves to achieving the highest possible quality standards; something we have continued to develop over the years.

Michel Schneider de-alcoholised - The typical wine aromes were extracted carefully before de-alcoholisation. Thanks to the applied spinning cone column process the flavours were reintroduced to the de-alcoholised drinks.
Likewise, the Michel Schneider brand range will see the addition of a de-alcoholised red, rosé and white wine. The basis for this wine is the Cabernet Sauvignon grape variety which, prior to being de-alcoholised, had their typical wine aromas carefully extracted. By using the spinning cone column process, the de-alcoholised beverages had their wine aromas added again. Tasty alternatives for all lovers of wine aromas who, however, do not wish to consume alcohol.
Wines from Germany
German wine distinguishes itself from wines from other countries through its fresh fruitiness and elegance. These qualities can be traced back to the special climate and soil conditions. Warm summers and long vegetation periods account for the individual, delicate character of the wines. The very different soils and grape varieties lead to an extensive range of wines.
